05-01-2015 Bong & His Third DFDS Trip Part 1

Waking up in a ferry...

and having a simple breakfast,

I was once again on a ferry trip

 to Copenhagen~

They changed the place 

where the bus dropped off~

Thus we were kinda...

lost at first..

But in around 30 minutes, 

we found the right way

and started walking around the 'typical' tourist spots~

I must say we were pretty lucky 

with the good weather as well!

Though it wasn't 20 degrees warm and sunny...

We had at least no snow and big bright sun that day!

The streets were of course..

decorated with Christmas stuffs~

and sales were everywhere....

Suddenly we noticed something

interesting with this hotel~

Well, 

unlike others who decorated with usual Christmas decorations..

this hotel had "men vs mouses" theme~

Perhaps it was something related to

danish Christmas fairy tale?

Anyone knows?

01-01-2015 Bong & His first day of 2015

Year 2014 was over~

To celebrate New Year's eve,

we had some guests coming over for dinner 

and of course..

we needed to have good food..

So,

thanks to Helge for preparing most of the food!

Warm vs cold turkey~

Both were just incomparable!

And not to forget,

I did cut some fruits and make the salad as well~

Lol!

(Easy job)

Now after we have celebrated New Year's eve,

new year resolution for 2015 is...

to lose weight!!

First time ever watching fireworks in fog~

Tada!!!

This was the ribbe I made..

Well it wasn't perfect

but the skin was at least crispy and crunchy~

Ribbe served together 

with Christmas sausages (Julepølse)~

Helge who was celebrating Christmas with us,

also made very delicious pinnekjøtt~

Not to forget,

Christmas beer (Juleøl)!!

The day after Christmas,

we went on a boat trip to Copenhagen~

(AGAIN...for me =.=)

But anyway,

let's have a good new year eve first!
