After 3 nights stay in Penang,
we went to my hometown,
Sungai Petani for 2 nights stay....
This is our first time
staying in a hotel
in Sungai Petani!
We stayed at
Emarald Puteri Hotel
and paid about MYR 250 for a nice room
with nice view...
nice bed...
nice bathroom!
Lol
After 2 days in Sungai Petani,
we took flight from Penang to Singapore!
It was Arne's first time there....
We landed before 1pm,
so we took grab from airport to Sentosa
and it was rather cheap!
In just 30 minutes,
we already arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel!
I am sure it is one of the most expensive hotel
I have ever stayed in,
besides those 5 and 6 stars hotel
that I have stayed with while I was working with PETRONAS.
The room was of course
spacious...
with big bathroom
and nice view....
We spent less than 15 minutes in the hotel room,
then we were already excited about exploring Sentosa!!
We haven't even spent any time to figure out how the transport works
and even where to go....
The golf cart driver saw us wondering,
and we said we wanna go to the nearest metro station...
Tada!
He just asked us to hop on!
We were dropped at Imbiah
and we started walking around...
We walked around at the Festive Walk,
figured out where the Universal Studio is...
Well,
so many NOT ALLOWED,
but I guess it is soon to add 'not allowed to lie down'
Hehe!
We followed the sign,
and the next destination is to Vivo City to meet Denise...
We walked across the Sentosa Boardwalk
and it took less than 20 minutes for us to walk....
I think it is weird with all these
big ugly cargo thingy
right beside Sentosa,
but that's how it is.
We had a short walk
inside Vivo Mall
and then chose to stay outside...
with better view,
better atmosphere
and of course,
drinks :)
Of course Arne and Eirik
had to have Singapore Sling
while they were in Singapore!
