This year summer,
we tried to do something
that we had never done in Tromsø....
and that was
walking/hiking at Sherpatrappa!
We started by parking our car at Fjellheisen.
And then spent more than 10 minutes
wandering around
where the entrance to this 'stair' was!
Through bushes and houses,
finally we found it!
It is named 'Sherpatrappa'
due to the stair (trappa) was build by
Sherpa people from Nepal....
At the very beginning,
like just 20 minutes,
we could already see nice views....
Many of the stair-steps
were carved with names and number of step...
After around 40 minutes,
we were 'sorta' reaching the top...
1000,
1100...
and finally 1203
WE MADE IT!
While people like us hiked to the top,
some brought their mountain bike there!
Lol!
It wasn't my first time
at the mountain ledge of Storsteinen...
But the weather this time was much better....
and therefore,
the view was CLEAR and breathtaking too!
We rested a bit there...
and walked down again...
Of course,
the tour down took us much lesser time :)
Something new done in Tromsø this year!
Yeay!
XOXO
